it started this basic heat wave for us started on monday. tuesday was warming still, as we get to wednesday probably the hottest day of the year. but right along the coast the fog exists. that high moves east and moves west. now it's west and now we're heating up. as we move into the weekend it moves east and we start to cool down. these are the forecast highs for a bunch of cities over 50 cities for where you live or near where you live. it is a spare the air day tomorrow. 100 in antioch. 100 in livermore. we haven't head that many 100- degree days this year. no warning because we don't have the wind, we have the heat, we have the high humidity and the bad air quality. we're watching it closely tomorrow. the five day forecast does cool it off for the bay area weekend. and that fog gets up over the coastal hills by thursday and starts to cool things off. but not until then so the tomorrow will be the hottest day. >> it's been a while since we've seen all the oranges and pinks on the weather map. >> it's going to be one to remember. >>> unite
